1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Creation & Security
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the getjili platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you discover that duplicate accounts have been created in your name without your knowledge, you must contact support immediately.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details and must update any information that changes after registration. getjili will use the information on file to communicate with you and to process transactions, so outdated or incorrect details may result in delays or complications with account management.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. getjili will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must not share your account details with any other person, and you must not allow any third party to use your account to place bets or access game content.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify getjili immediately so that appropriate security measures can be taken. 4. User Obligations & Responsibilities

You must not use your account to facilitate any form of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other illegal activity. Any attempt to exploit the platform's systems, manipulate game outcomes, or engage in collusive behavior with other members is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities.
You agree not to use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to access or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for ordinary personal use. All bets, game interactions, and account transactions must be conducted manually and in good faith. The use of artificial intelligence systems or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other users is a serious violation of these terms.
Members are responsible for all activity that takes place under their registered account, regardless of whether such activity was authorized or not. You must not engage in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or offensive toward other users, getjili staff, or support personnel. Behavior of this nature will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to permanent exclusion from the platform.

5. Platform Usage Rules

6. Payments & Transactions (Philippine Peso)
All financial transactions on the getjili platform — including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). There is no currency conversion applied at any point in the transaction process, and all account balances are displayed and settled in PHP. Members are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use is registered in their own name and that they are authorized to use it for gaming transactions.
Deposits are credited to your account after successful processing through the selected Philippine payment channel. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used, and getjili is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network issues beyond our control. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to all deposit and withdrawal methods, and these limits are displayed within the account management section of the platform.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is verified and associated with the account holder. getjili reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts above standard thresholds. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold until the necessary documentation is received and reviewed.
Bonus funds, promotional credits, and free bets are subject to separate terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. Bonus funds and real funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. getjili reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus credits where it has reasonable grounds to believe that bonus terms have been abused or exploited in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
getjili provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates reliably and without interruption, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access to the platform at all times. Technical issues, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service disruptions, and getjili will not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, getjili and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunity, or any other intangible losses, regardless of whether getjili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
getjili's total liability to any member for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member into their account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action in aggregate, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by getjili's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law. Members retain all rights and remedies available to them under applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be contractually waived.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
getjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to: provision of false registration information, underage gambling, fraudulent transactions, bonus abuse, use of prohibited software, or engagement in any form of illegal activity through the platform.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the member will not be able to access their account, place bets, or process withdrawals until the investigation is complete. getjili will endeavor to complete account investigations in a timely manner and will communicate the outcome to the member through their registered contact details. During the investigation period, funds held in the account balance will be retained pending resolution of the matter.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the member's verified payment method after applicable checks are completed. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Accounts that have been permanently closed for serious policy violations will not be eligible for reinstatement. getjili will retain records of closed accounts in accordance with applicable data retention obligations and may use retained information to identify and prevent repeat violations. Members whose accounts are closed due to policy violations forfeit any remaining bonus balances and may forfeit real-money balances in cases involving confirmed fraud or illegal activity.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the getjili platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the exclusive property of getjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or adapted for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of getjili.
The getjili name, logo, and any associated brand identifiers are trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorized use of these trademarks — including use in any manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with getjili without written authorization — is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of applicable trademark law. Members must not use getjili's branding or intellectual property in any social media, website, or marketing material without explicit written permission.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to getjili regarding the platform or its services may be used by getjili without restriction, compensation, or attribution. By submitting such materials, you grant getjili a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and incorporate your feedback into the platform or its related services in any manner getjili deems appropriate. This does not affect your ownership of personal content that you do not submit to getjili.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The getjili platform may reference or interact with third-party service providers in the course of delivering its services — including payment processors, game content providers, and identity verification services. These third-party services are subject to their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies, and getjili does not assume responsibility for the practices, content, or reliability of any third-party service provider. Any issues arising from third-party payment processing, verification delays, or service provider outages must be resolved through the applicable third-party's support channels, though getjili's support team will assist in identifying the relevant contact where possible.
To the extent that third-party game content is made available through the getjili platform, the rules, payout structures, and gameplay mechanics of those games are governed by the respective content provider's terms. getjili will publish applicable game rules within the platform interface, but ultimate responsibility for game operation rests with the content provider. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the document, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of getjili to enforce any provision of these terms at any time does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
